Start CFserverUSB version 3.0:
Download and extract the files. Run 'CFserverUSB.exe'
(An extra icon will be shown in the system tray)

Coldfusion Administrator:
Go to http://localhost:8888/railo-context/admin/web.cfm.
Log in with password 'escape'.

MySQL - EMS MySQL Manager:
Start 'mysqlmanager.exe' from the map 'MySQL Manager EMS'.
Connect to 127.0.0.1 on TCPIP port 3311.
Log in with user 'root' and password 'root'.

Read the license of Railo 3.1 opensource (Jetty), read the license of MySQL 5 (miniserver) and read the license of EMS MySQL Manager.
